These Terms govern your use of the SeenFirst marketing site and waitlist operated by Betancourt Group LLC. By joining the waitlist or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Age requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to use SeenFirst or join the waitlist. We do not permit accounts for minors.
2. Waitlist — not a guarantee
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an invite, a match, a Video Gate, a Date Ticket, or an in-person date. Capacity, geography, and product readiness will determine invite waves.
3. Product mechanics (when live)
SeenFirst is designed so that first in-person date details unlock only after a required live Video Gate inside the app and mutual “I’d meet.” In-app voice may support earlier chemistry. External handoffs (WhatsApp, FaceTime, phone number exchange) are not the intended path for the gate that unlocks a Date Ticket.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to harass, stalk, threaten, scam, impersonate, or otherwise harm others; not to share non-consensual intimate imagery; not to reverse-engineer or abuse safety features; and not to use the service for commercial solicitation unrelated to genuine dating intent. We may refuse or remove access for violations.
5. Video, voice & consent
Participating in Video Gate or voice sessions means you consent to a live interactive call with another adult under product rules (prompts, timing, optional Wing Check with mutual consent). Do not record or redistribute another person’s likeness without their consent. Chemistry Receipt sharing requires mutual OK.
A live video call can help people see and speak with each other; it does not guarantee identity verification or personal safety.
6. Spark Studio
Optional AI features (songs, labeled AI photos, poems) are provided as-is when available. You must not generate or share AI likenesses of another person without their consent. Spark Studio never unlocks Date Tickets.
7. No warranties on romance or safety outcomes
SeenFirst does not guarantee chemistry, compatibility, identity of other users, safety of third parties, or any romantic or social outcome. You are responsible for your own judgment when meeting people in public venues.
8. Limitation & changes
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Betancourt Group LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this marketing site or waitlist. We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for the marketing site.
