SeenFirst is operated by Betancourt Group LLC. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect on this marketing site and what we expect to collect when the product launches.
1. Account & waitlist data
If you join the waitlist on this site, we collect your email address, optional city, and your agreement to this policy and the Terms. Purpose: contact you about early access. When the app launches, account data may include profile details you choose to provide (name or display name, photos, preferences, approximate age verification signals).
2. Matching & location
Matching may use profile preferences and approximate location (for example city-level or coarse location) to suggest people nearby. We do not intend to expose precise home addresses through chat. Date Ticket venue details are designed to unlock only after a completed in-app Video Gate and mutual “I’d meet.”
3. In-app voice & video
Voice and video calls are intended to run inside SeenFirst to support chemistry and the required Video Gate. Live sessions exist so you can see and hear each other with structured prompts, timing, Wing Check, and ticket unlock rules.
- We do not market “we sell your video recordings” as a product feature.
- Retention for call media/metadata is not yet defined (TBD in the final policy — e.g. what is needed for safety, abuse review, or technical delivery — not indefinite personal archives for entertainment).
- Until the product ships, treat call processing details as forthcoming; this waitlist site itself does not host live calls.
4. Chemistry Receipts
Optional Chemistry Receipt cards are brand-owned creatives. Private by default. A shareable blurred/anonymous version is created only with mutual consent. We design against creepy screenshot culture; you still control your device — please respect others’ privacy offline too.
5. Wing Check & safety share
Wing Check invites a trusted contact into a muted/side panel only with consent from both people on the Video Gate. Safety share is intended to send limited ticket/check-in information to a contact you choose — not a bulk broadcast of your chats or full profile.
6. Spark Studio (optional AI)
Spark Studio may offer optional AI songs, clearly labeled AI photo/vibe edits, and poems. These features will require clear disclosure and consent controls. Generating or sharing an AI likeness or couple edit of another person without their consent is not allowed. Spark Studio does not unlock Date Tickets and is not a substitute for live video.
Prompts and outputs you submit or generate may be processed by AI providers under contracts that limit use; exact subprocessors will be listed when features go live — they are not named on this stub.
7. What we don’t claim on this stub
We don’t claim zero retention, zero processors, completed security audits, or a finished support channel. We aim for purpose-limited data, transparent choices, and safety-first defaults. Advertising claims on the marketing site are about product mechanics — not fabricated user counts.
8. Contact
